Over at Modern Feminist they drop this little tidbit on us about the conduct of the investigation in the “Duke Rape Case”.

Follow along here. The prosecutor buried evidence, made inflammatory statements and manipulated the line up. The faculty at Duke went on a witch hunt and actively instigated protests and mob mentality. The press almost universally bought into the whole thing hook line and sinker while fanning a national frenzy. All this without a shred of actual evidence and a accuser who was as credible as a flounder testifying on the Watergate scandal.
That is underestimating the severity of the charges? God help us all if these people ever overreact.
