Let’s talk about sex…

It’s Sunday and I have a lot to do, but I wanted to get these two stories out there for you.

In the first one a 15 year old boy was falsely accused of raping a 17 year old girl who deliberately lied to police. It took more than a year before the falseness of her claims was proven but it should have never gotten that far because frankly the case sucked rocks all along. Contamination of evidence, broken chains of custody, shoddy police work and a DNA testing protocol that decided to not report that their tests excluded the defendant. Pathetic but then we have seen in recent years how overzealous prosecutors have become in the prosecution of rape allegations.

Our second story is a case involving a pretty hot school principal who stands accused of setting up a ‘love nest’ filled with video games to lure young students (as young as 13) to her room in order to give them blowjobs. She was finally caught after she lodged a bunch of false rape allegations in attempts to cover her tracks. Notice the pattern of rape accusations being used as weapons?

Now, far be it from me to defend the misuse of power but if I ever find a time machine I know where I am pointing it. I remember being 13 and I would have been perfectly willing to help her out.

The sad part is that the students involved will wind up needing therapy and being scarred for life. Not from the events (no claims of force or violence are being made) but from the endless parade of folks who will try and convince them how damaged they are.

How should it be handled? She should go to jail and the boys should be reminded that they don’t ever have to let anyone perform oral sex on them.

The high-five is optional.
