My opinion of the insanity of trying to force a pull out in Iraq is already well covered here on this blog. Now let’s talk about Iran for a moment. I’ll summarize…
- The underlying reality of Iran is they hate us. In fact, hatred of those who differ in religion (and we differ greatly) drives almost every aspect of their culture.
- They support, sponsor and harbor people who actively murder, rape and kill throughout the world.
- They are actively involved in attempting to force us to pull out of Iraq because our continues presence there is a grave threat to them.
- They are actively working on nuclear weapons and actively planning methods for delivery and targets in the west.
- They consider any attempts are diplomacy a sign of weakness and every single time we look soft in this way a surge of violence is our only reward.
We shouldn’t be talking to these people, we should be making plans to remove their government and reshape their culture. they have sworn themselves to our destruction… I wonder at what point we should start taking them seriously?
