Ok, ok… we’ve had some fun and seen some folks wearing a lot of tinfoil. I didn’t post that just to make fun of them. I have two points..
- That echo chamber forums are bad
- Did you notice how “it” (whever conspiracy there is) always involves “secret infiltrations” and “traitors” or “sell outs”
- Did you notice how “it” (whever conspiracy there is) always involves the majority of peopel being “lulled” by the media and the few people who “see reality” as being special?
I mostly look at the more extreme / crazy ends of the activist community here on this blog and some of my readers think those folks are fundamentally different than the reptilian / 911 deniers / ufo / NWO types… but they aren’t. Same dynamics, different focus for paranoia.
In particular the concepts of “aliens hidden among us, taking on our form” sounds a lot like the transphobia folks, and the globe spanning conspiracy? Check! Traitors to the race / sex / species? Check! We are awake / smart and “they” are all brainwashed? Check!
It’s all the same stuff.
