Obama: Making no sudden moves

As the campaign moves on a it gets harder and harder for folks to ignore the unfortunate truth. Barack Obama is deeply racist. Frankly that sucks because it is a bad thing for a good cause. I look forward to the opportunity to cap off the strides we continue to make in the US on dealing with racial tensions by electing a minority to the Presidency. I would have loved the opportunity to vote for Collin Powell, for instance.

Fortunately for us but unfortunately for Obama and his mentors / handlers a real shot at the Presidency was probably never something they considered when they groomed him. That’s the only explanation I can think of for why they let him write a book that so clearly and candidly spell out his racism, in his own words.

"By contrast, Malcolm X’s autobiography "spoke" to Obama. One line in particular "stayed with me," he says. "He spoke of a wish he’d once had, the wish that the white blood that ran through him, there by an act of violence, might somehow be expunged." – from Obama’s book "Dreams From My Father", as presented here

As we learn more about Obama and the beliefs he shares with the radical and frankly hate filled mentors of his youth (many still advise him today) we start to see the pattern emerge. Whenever he is asked to account for his associations he will smile, pretend it is nothing to worry about and go on hating you. This is the tactic he has used his whole life… the one taught to him by his mentors. The one that has formed him like a sleeper agent.

"It was usually an effective tactic, another one of those tricks I had learned: People were satisfied so long as you were courteous and smiled and made no sudden moves. They were more than satisfied, they were relieved — such a pleasant surprise to find a well-mannered young black man who didn’t seem angry all the time." – from Obama’s book "Dreams From My Father"

It really is too bad.
