Herd Watching

Look, Obama is a nightmare. He’s a foreign policy nightmare and thus a security nightmare. Personally he has chosen to associate during his whole life with racists, terrorists and extremists. Practically everyone who has worked to shape him and put him in the path of history is salivating over the chance to sweep away all that stuff they think is silly. You know, us.

I know, I know. Since I don’t like Saint Obama I am clearly a racist right? Bite me. There is no way we as a nation can afford an idiot like Obama in office.

Honestly I never thought the Democrats could cough up someone so dangerous I was hoping that Hillary Clinton becomes a presidential candidate. Let’s face it, she was always smarter and tougher than Bill anyway.

I have been wondering how it is that the DNC party hacks could possibly justify defying huge swaths of the electorate, alienate entire states and spend so much political capital to push this guy down our collective media throats. How is it they can act as if none of that is stupid?

As I watched the Obama spokespeople make the rounds of the news channels Tuesday night it became clear why they don’t think this is a problem. The folks in the Obama camp literally do not believe he can lose.

They absolutely believe that it doesn’t matter how many Democrats they ignore or how badly he loses key states and demographics. The don’t think it matters how weak he is on foreign policy or how insulting he is to huge chunks of the population. They certainly don’t fear any scandals of revaluations.

Time after time the message was put out there tonight to the Democratic voter - they simply do not think you will vote for McCain. No matter how they abuse you, you simply don’t have any choice so screw you, we own you anyway.
