In his most recent “jobs” speech Obama made a comment that Abe Lincoln was the “founder of the Republican party“. Obviously, this is incorrect. That Obama made an error when he accidentally said something that wasn’t on his teleprompter is not surprising but it is funny how little play this gets in the media.
Imagine, for a moment, if Palin or any other high-profile Republican had said this? Hell, the media paints them as idiots even when they are right. For Obama though the media outlets are covering his ass as fast as they can and deleting comments that point out the error.
Further on in his speech, Obama commented that after jobs he would “pivot to Vampires” and that in this too, he looked to Abe “Vampire Hunter” Lincoln for inspiration.
I could say much more, but I’ll sum it up simply by shaking my head and uttering the word “moron”.
